For me, this is about helping you deepen your intimacy with Christ. It is about forming a stronger identity as His beloved. With this foundation, you can become all that God has created you to be.

I offer a ministry of gentle and compassionate listening in the presence of Jesus. I provide a safe and confidential space. Here, you can exhale and process where God is at and what He is doing in your life. Wherever you are in your journey, I want to help you find Him.

I have been on a spiritual journey of over 25 years of learning how to pray and walk intimately with Jesus. This has led me to many interesting places to work with all types of people. I served as a missionary in Africa for several years, working with leaders and youth and teaching them about prayer. I have walked and prayed with the broken, whether they are orphaned children, women in prison, or the sick in hospitals. I also know what it is like to be broken— in life and in ministry. I have walked through dark valleys and seen Jesus meet me there. If that’s where you are at, I believe He can meet you there too.

Out of my own journey, I’ve come to recognize the holy ground of walking with others as they respond to the Holy Spirit’s work in their lives. Many carry dreams that feel too big to step into. Spiritual direction offers a sacred space where those dreams can be named, nurtured, and birthed. I have a special heart for women in ministry or missions, but I also love meeting with anyone who is seeking a deeper walk with the Lord.

I am trained as a spiritual director through Sustainable Faith. I also have training in discernment/intercession, inner healing ministry (SOZO), and trauma-informed ministry. I have many years of cross-cultural experience and can offer sessions in Spanish when requested.
