Particular expressions of my calling in spiritual direction include:

• Helping the helpers (caring for the souls of ministers, nonprofit leaders, others in "emotionally expensive" professions)
• Seeking God's promised companionship in brokenness and grief (such as infertility, divorce, chronic illness)
• Maintaining spiritual health and integrity while living in "unprecedented times"
• Unpacking one's theology and God-image, especially after experiences of high-demand religion
• "Deconstruction," whatever this means to you
• Navigating the transition from first half of life to the second
• "Where was God when..."
